  • Michelle Peter is the Director and Principal Consultant at MPETER Consulting, a boutique advisory partnering with organisations to build sustainable performance through organisational design, leadership capability, technology enablement, and governance frameworks. Drawing on 8+ years of strategic leadership in a major Australian telco and proven team leadership across security and finance industries, Michelle combines board-level clarity with practical, on-the-ground delivery.
